Sian Westerman is an experienced Non Executive Director. She is currently Chair of Strathberry Limited - a fast growing Scottish-based, private equity-backed and founder-led handbag business. And also Chair of Fenwick Limited , the family owned private regional department store business. She has and has had a range of non-executive roles in retail, fashion and beauty including The holding company of Augustinus Bader Skin Care, Lyma Life Limited, , Lane Crawford Joyce Group in Hong Kong, Anya Hindmarch, Nicholas Kirkwood, Roksanda and FaceGym. In addition, she is a Senior Adviser at Rothschild & Co in the Global Advisory Division based in London having worked there for much of her full time career following qualifying as a solicitor at Slaughter and May. She also sits on the European Advisory Board of Brown Advisory, the Baltimore -based wealth management business.

She is a Non-Executive Director of the British Fashion Council, a Trustee of The Barbican Centre Trust and a member of the Corporate Advisory Group of the Royal Academy of Arts. She has had a number of other roles in the arts including being a Trustee of the Royal Academy of Arts Trust for 9 years, on the Advocates Board of the Royal Court Theatre and serving two full terms on the Board of English National Ballet and Chairing their Development Committee.
