What we do
The Merryck Faculty work with cohorts of leaders across organisations from ExCo to ExCo-3, aligned to programmes for succession planning, diversity and inclusion, or transformation projects. By bringing leaders together in a cohort-based learning environment you build company-wide relationships and translate individual capabilities and direct experiences into an enterprise-aware, pragmatic ability to lead and execute through change.
Approach
In-depth discovery with key stakeholders, sponsors and participants that creates a bespoke programme aligned to your business objectives. Programmes combine group,1:1 coaching and external speakers with a practical and business focused agenda ensuring alignment to your real world context. The coaching thread running through enables profound individual and group behavioural shifts and the feedback loop throughout ensures constant iteration in line with key themes and learnings.
