Increased female representation in Executive Committees and senior leadership teams is critical for the success of future-facing organisations and should be a priority for CEO’s. It is clear that despite improvement in representation in the Boardroom, female leaders continue to face significant hurdles when it comes to navigating into senior leadership positions.

      What we do

      To develop the next generation of senior female leaders, this open programme offers personalised 1:1 mentoring, exclusive workshops, and access to a dynamic peer network of senior executives. Each workshop is designed to help participants grow as leaders, sharpen their strategic thinking, and enhance their ability to execute at the highest levels. Participants will operate at ExCo -1 in global, complex organisations and each cohort will be carefully curated to ensure a broad mix of industries and experience.

      Drawing on our mentoring expertise, you have access to a unique programme combining 1:1 individual development with a series of workshops focused on development areas, the most relevant thinking and inspirational speakers. The cohort approach provides you with a network of peers, who by learning together will have the opportunity to build relationships and understand broader perspectives outside of their own.
