Gurveen Singh is a global human capital leader with more than 30 years of experience at Reckitt Benckiser, a multinational FTSE 100 consumer goods company with operations in over 80 countries. Her depth of experience in emerging markets and cultures over the past two decades leading huge scale transitions and transformation alongside her consumer mindset make her a unique and valuable commercial HR leader.

With 40 years of experience leading companies across the consumer goods industry through complex transformations, Gurveen is a proven organisational design and development leader as well as a strong mentor/coach, focusing on talent as the key driver of business growth. She specializes in helping businesses thrive while undergoing deep transformation and has extensive experience leading complex mergers and acquisitions. Her focus areas include business transformation and change management, organisational design and process panagement, business partnerships, and communication strategy facilitation. She is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion and has been a key driver of change at Reckitt Benckiser.

As CHRO at Reckitt Benckiser, Gurveen successfully led the global organisational operating model, developed the new structure in line with the RB 2.0 strategy, and led change management and integration strategies after the Mead Johnson acquisition. She also delivered systemic programs and metrics related to structure and consolidation, prioritising ownership and clear lines of accountability to drive sustainable growth. Gurveen has extensive experience in developing HR operating models to support the business. She places a strong emphasis on talent development and HR solutions, and advocating a digital approach to data and analytics.

Gurveen has recently been appointed as an Adviser to Landmark group on strategic talent and human capital needs. She also works as an Independent Director at Viyash Life Sciences Pvt, VLCC Health Care, Manjushree Technopack and Eureka Forbes

Gurveen holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Xavier Labor Institute & School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur, India, and a Bachelors in Philosophy from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi University, India. Gurveen is a passionate about making a difference & focused on transforming businesses and communities.
