Merryck were asked to support a global future female leaders programme to build a succession pipeline for ExCo-1 and future ExCo roles. Merryck worked with a cohort of female leaders at ExCo -2 and -3 level over a year providing individual support to each person aligned to the business strategy. Each individual was offered a suite of assessment tools which informed their personal development, identified strengths as well as fed into overall themes which were reflected back to the company and built into their ongoing broader development.

There was overwhelming feedback from all participants that they had benefitted from their individual work as well as built relationships across the cohort itself which had not existed prior to the programme. They have also continued to work on their common objectives as a group beyond the programme.
