What we do
The Merryck Faculty works with cohorts of leaders at all levels, from Executive Committees to ExCo-3. These programmes are designed to meet goals like succession planning, diversity and inclusion, or transformation projects. By bringing leaders together in a collaborative learning environment, we strengthen relationships and turn individual capabilities into enterprise-wide leadership impact.
Approach
We start with in-depth discovery sessions involving key stakeholders, sponsors and participants to design bespoke programmes aligned with the organisational goals. Programmes combine group sessions, 1:1 coaching and external speakers, with a business-focused agenda tailored to real-world challenges. Our coaching approach enables meaningful behavioural shifts while continuous feedback ensures progress and alignment with key themes.
