Merryck worked with the majority of the EXCO at a global facilities company both on-boarding executives who are either newly promoted or new to role; and also one-to-one mentoring of those in select, key leadership positions. Merryck also provided mentoring to the high potential delegates taking part in their global leadership programme and is delivering one of the modules.
