Context and challenge
Substantial leadership transition in a complex business with long tenure. Leadership Team siloed and not engaging effectively with each other.
Working with the Exco and a subset of the senior leadership team Merryck facilitated 4 workshops over 18 months and provided 1:1 coaching for each participant in between the workshops. As leadership transitions occurred throughout the programme we continually reassessed and revisited areas of concern as they emerged in partnership with the HR sponsor. In practice for this team that meant revisiting trust and collaboration.
Strengthened leadership effectiveness and enabled the team to stay focused on the performance of the business and more effectively lead through change. The CEO said – We now hear each other and are adopting Agile across the organisation. We would not have been able to do that without the engagement with Merryck.
